Employee motivation and support

Your training will begin from the moment you join Sun Planet. We will arrange individual adaptations for you, including classes where you can get acquainted with our strategy and culture. Our FUSE learning platform provides you with access to up-to-date information and resources that are so important to you in the first few months of work. In whatever position you work, we promise to expand your experience and knowledge through training programs and seminars on all processes, from understanding technology to project management.You will find support from colleagues and mentors, as well as inside our own training center. In addition to internal training, we provide support in training in your specialty in educational institutions, organize study tours to our partners in different countries of the world.

As a student or graduate, you can start your career with an internship with parallel studies at the Sun Planet Training Center. If you are willing to work hard, constantly evolve and think outside the box, your contribution will be appreciated from the very beginning.

If you are a high school student, you can join our team during the summer holidays. The job will be difficult, but you will be able to earn your own personal money, as well as be provided with work clothes and food. In addition, you will complete a basic training program, and the most diligent and proactive will be invited to the most practical internships.
